The collagen peptides work just as described..it is flavourless in my tea and sustains the feeling of fullness..and wellness. It has no sulphites which is a big thing for me along with being an Australian product.

I take this in my morning coffee. Unlike other collagen supplements I’ve tried it really does dissolve well with no lumpy bits into your morning coffee. Only a tiny change in taste of the beverage you put it into. I’ve only been taking it for a week and a half so I can’t give a thorough review of the impact of it yet. I can say coupled with the beef liver capsules though I’ve noticed more energy, my hair is growing faster as are my nails.
