Shipping policy

At Goodie, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and sustainably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get our products from our door to yours.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship Internationally.

  • If you do ship internationally: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Goodie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Goodie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Damages & Missing Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@goodienatural.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before reaching out to us.
