Beef Liver Capsules

This is the first time trying beef liver capsules. I have been taking them every day for 2 weeks now and I am starting to feel the benefits. My sleep has gotten shorter but the quality is better, I feel like I'm in a deeper sleep. My energy levels have gotten higher and I'm craving less food (not just sugar). My concentration has also improved. I would definately recommend the Beef Liver Capsules and I would especially encourage people who are already taking synthetic multivitamins, to try these instead as they actually work.
