There has been much talk about beef liver capsules after doing some research this brand appeal to me, they are organic and grass fed which I like and after taking them for a couple of weeks I feel less tired, I suffer from low iron, none of the troubles I normally get with artificial iron tablets. I have been taking the Energy & Immunity Bundle (Organic Liver & Organs), so I did not expect anything. Yet, I have had an amazing improvement. For weeks, I have had debilitating knee pain. In favouring the knee when I walk (limp is a better description), I have developed a sore hip.
Today, I went for a walk and after 500 metres, I realised I was not limping. My knee is fine and I am walking normally.
A coincidence? Perhaps, but I have had knee pain for over 6 weeks, and now it is pain-free. It is a 1 out of 10, but it had been an 8 or 9.
I am certainly not about to stop taking these supplements.

only started taking them a week ago. but i get no reflux from these. full or empty stomach. i dont know if this is a side effect from them but the arthritis in my hands seems to have lessened to a degree. i'll keep going with them and see what else happens :)
